Return Policy

Items must be returned within 30 days from date of purchase in the same condition as received. A 10% re-stock fee applies, shipping is non refundable.

If returning your item please email us at fullmoonloom@mindspring.com for the Return Authorization Form to include with your return so that we may properly process your refund. Please note that Full Moon Loom is not responsible for how color is portrayed on customer monitors, tablets or mobile devices and does not refund shipping costs due to any color discrepancies.
